1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1. An order is considered confirmed and processing begins only after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.
1.2. Dispatch Time: Standard in-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES
A. Delivery within Lithuania
2.1. Once dispatched, delivery within Lithuania typically takes 1–3 business days. 2.2. Available Delivery Methods:
- LP Express Parcel Terminals (Paštomatas)
- Omniva Parcel Terminals (Paštomatas)
- Venipak Parcel Terminals (Paštomatas)
- Courier Delivery (to your door)
2.3. If none of the listed parcel terminals or delivery methods are suitable for you, please contact us via email at info@mrsoda.lt to arrange an alternative solution.
B. International Delivery (EU & Worldwide)
2.4. For international orders, we use reliable courier services (e.g., DPD, DHL, or Lithuanian Post).
2.5. Estimated Delivery Times:

European Union: 3–7 business days.

Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance).
2.6. Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
3. HIGH DEMAND & EXTENDED DELIVERY
3.1. Due to occasional high demand or supply chain constraints, delivery times may be extended.
3.2. In such cases, the delivery period may take up to 30 (thirty) business days. If your order is affected by such a delay, we will inform you immediately via the email address provided at checkout. You retain the right to cancel the order if the extended timeline is unacceptable.
4. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
4.1. Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging.
4.2. If the package appears significantly damaged, do not accept it or ask the courier/terminal system to file a damage report immediately.
4.3. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us within 24 hours at info@mrsoda.lt.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
5.1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt for any reason.
5.2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
Condition: The item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as received. Labels and protective films must be intact.
Hygiene Exception: Sealed goods (such as CO2 cylinders, flavor syrups, or other consumables) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in a secondary box or bag to protect the original packaging.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 14 business days.
Shipping costs paid for the original delivery are refunded (standard delivery rate only).
If the item is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee regarding the diminished value of the goods.
